Richard Ray Musgrave

Richard Ray Musgrave, 56, of Fairmont, passed away on March 21, 2019, at Fairmont Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his family. He was born on March 17, 1963, a son of the late Richard Lee Musgrave and Donna Sue (Beamon) Musgrave. Richard worked at WCO Flooring for many years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. Richard enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and will be sadly missed. Richard is survived by his finance, Victoria (Lanham)Watkins, of Fairmont; one daughter, Jessie Morgan Brooks of California; four step-daughters, Brittany Morgan & her husband, David, of Morgantown, Brandy Watkins, of Kingwood, Crystal Watkins, of Rivesville, and Dakota Watkins & her finance, Tyler, of Fairmont; nine step grandchildren; one brother, Richard Farrell of Carolina; a mother-in-law & family, Anna L. Lanham of Four States; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by his step-father, Gray Cloud Beamon; and a father-in-law, William Lanham. Memorial Contribution may be made to Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home for his funeral expenses. Family and friends are welcome to call at Carpenter and Ford Funeral Home 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont, on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. with services starting at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Jim Zinn officiating. Cremation will follow the services.
