Lois Mae Summers, 94, of Fairmont, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022, at Pierpont Center at Fairmont Campus. She was born on April 17, 1928, in Duluth, Minnesota; a daughter of the late Benjamin Massie and Olive (Jennings) Massie. Lois was a computer programmer for Petroleum Information – Dun & Bradstreet. Lois is survived by four children, Lois, Walter, John, and Jim Preston. Lois is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by three loving husbands, Walter Preston, Arthur Kaplan, and Thomas Summers. A graveside service will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Jim Zinn, officiating.
