Brandy Chester Stebbins Brandy Natasha Chester Stebbins passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the age of 35 in Morgantown. She was born on June 16, 1982 to Ruth Chester in Caldwell County, North Carolina. She graduated from Hibriten High School in 2000. After graduation, she began working in the Home Health Care field. Brandy loved horses and dogs, but most of all she loved spending time with her son. Brandy is survived by her husband, Randall Stebbins, her beloved son, Caleb Chester of Monongah; her mother, Ruth Chester and her husband Ernest of Morganton, North Carolina; her brother, Allen Kidd and his wife Elizabeth and their son, Carter, of Lenoir, North Carolina; her in-laws, Jeffery Stebbins and his wife Kimberly of Fairmont; sister-in-law, Brandie Priester and her husband Michael of Pennsylvania, sister-in-law, Brooke Plum and her husband David of Fairmont; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Brandy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Bessie Clippard Chester and Paul Chester formerly of Lenoir, North Carolina. Arrangements have been entrusted to Carpenter and Ford Funeral, 209 Merchant Street, Fairmont. Services will be held later in Lenoir, North Carolina.
